There is a free buggy to the beach bar which is pretty much on demand!

Showering outside is very cool! Almost the sounds of the rainforest, and all the wildlife you can imagine!

The staff are such an asset to this place, so helpful and friendly! Greeted every morning and every evening when we got back, also giving advice on what there was to do around the island. Lovely barman too, and cocktails!!

Only issue we found was not many of the local taxi drivers could find their way to the resort as its right at the end of the lane - so try to remember the way as much as you can!

Also, don’t forget bug spray! Was very humid and warm especially in the trees, so bugs will love you!

We had room 109 which was the bungalow with the jacuzzi, which like the rest of the resort, is surrounded by lovely lush jungle plants!

What can I say, everything about this place is spot on!!

From our gorgeous bungalow, to the lovely relaxing pool area. The food was excellent, as were the cocktails in the bar. BBQ night was great, select from a wide choice of fish and meats and they bbq it for you to order. Happy hour at the bar was fun on several night as we met other holiday makers.

The resort was kept spotlessly clean, even clear of leaves which was an achievement being in the jungle as we were, a reflection of how much pride the team here put into making your stay as wonderful as possible.

The one thing that really stands out about this resort are the great team to work here. Every single person had a smile and a greeting for you, the service was excellent and the whole team work to make sure you want for nothing during your stay. Just ask, and if it is possible, they will make it happen.

All the team should be congratulated for the amazing service they offer, but a special mention should go to Quin and Mark who really made us feel at home! We are missing you guys since we left!!

• the staff was incredibly helpful, polite and professional —... read more Quynh, Marc, Mi, Rey and all others made our stay even more fantastic. They were always ready to help in resolving any sort of issues or requests;
• the room was spacious, well-lit, equipped with everything required. The most remarkable part of the room is an outdoor bathroom of course — truly outstanding experience of taking a shower alfresco. The only comment: the bed could be a bit softer 😉
• numerous facilities at the hotel were enough for comfortable stay: SPA (with 15-min free massage every day), transfer to/from the beach with private chairs, swimming pool, bar, bbq nights twice a week with a selection of freshly grilled seafood, very good breakfast, and much more.

By the way, we’ve been so amazed by the hotel that even decided to come back in two years after our first stay here. More

  Upon arrival, the electricity was out for hours--a common occurrence on Vietnam but a inconvenience for guest paying for full amenities. They have a generator but never had hooked it... read more up! The next day, the electricity AND water went out for several hours, obviously no wifi either on both days. Breakfast buffet is minimal. We stayed 4 days, 2 days were the exact same breakfast dishes. They do not have a fully stocked bar, so don't plan on ordering a top shelf liqour. We were very kind, but should have been compensated for the lack of electricity, water, and wifi for 2 of our 4 days. They kept saying "I'm sorry for the inconveniences". If the OWNER would like to contact me for a refund, please do. I will gladly accept my money back because we paid for full amenities and did not receive them. Bright side, pool was super cold and refreshing. Quinn is very nice.

Phu Quoc was good, but this place was the best part of our stay.
